I´m sorry, if this question has been asked before.

My question:

I have heard ppl saying ban hes entire ip range ?!?

If i have a dinamic ip, and i reset my modem, between let s see 2 sites, the first one banned me, caught me for cheating for example, but i have logged to the 2 second site, after reseting my modem.

Does the second one, know its me who got caught on the 1º site ?

ps: i have a dinamic ip.

Usually, if your IP is for example 23.45.67.89, your IP range will be 23.45.*.* (but it depends on your ISP, and the plan you're using).

From what I understood in your post, you've been banned from a site with IP X, which you have now changed to IP Y, and would like to know if a second site can know it's you, with your new address.

It can't know it's you by your IP alone, but that it's someone else from your same ISP. Yet remember to always clean your browser's cache and cookies if you've been banned from a site! If you use the same cookies they can still know it's you by your session ID, IP change and everything.
