Go to Options -> Preferences -> Queueing, and set the "Seed While" and "When uTorrent Reaches..." values like this:

100% is your target ratio. You can set it to 150% for a 1.5 one, 200% for a 2.0 one, etc. When a torrent reaches that ratio, it'll automatically be stopped (because you set "limit the upload rate" to 0kB/s).

An interesting fact is that if you set those options like this:

uTorrent will behave like the "when download is completed STOP the torrent" option from the Azureus Hack.

Yes, there's no such option in uTorrent. But if the tracker hasn't banned Azureus, you could use the Hack along the RSS Feed Scanner plugin - here (http://www.sb-innovation.de/f59/tutorial-automating-azureus-bittorrent-downloads-rss-6107/)'s a tutorial.

A tutorial (http://www.sb-innovation.de/f59/reduce-memory-usage-azureus-vuze-sb-i-5310/) to reduce Azureus' RAM usage exists - maybe after following those tips you're able to run it in your PC.
