- The event manager wasn't working until RSDx7... its strings are referenced twice each inside the EXE: once to know what to read from events.txt, and another to know what to show in the "add event" dialog. If any of them is different that its counterpart, or if there's enough space to fit one reference but not the other one, the event manager is broken. Therefore I have decided to leave those strings untouched (so that events work) and make a guide picture so that you know what they mean:

- Apart from that, other stuff isn't 100% translated (i.e. things like the log or some message boxes are still in german :frown:) because I couldn't find them in my resource editor. But everything else is translated :smile:

It's not a mod, it's a tool that lets you automate Rapidshare downloads. The original program is in german, so I've translated its UI.

simply and basically u put your links od RS and forget there the program DL automatically for u and if u have a dynamic ip u can make some tricks for cheat RS time

You know, for a long time I thought this program was made so that, if you do not have a premium account, and you can't wait between downloading many files from rapidshare, this one has a way to do that, to "fake" a premium key or something.

I tried it, and all it does is it lets you download files from rapidshare (or other similar places), and it automates the process, which is good, but that is about it.

I like it, I wish it did what I thought it does before. If I am missing something, don't forget to enlighten me!

There's no way to do that. You can skip the 10-15 minute free user wait time between downloads with a Reconnect script, but not the 30-130 second delay before getting the download, or the maximum speed of 250kB/s (varies with server load).

It's possible to use a Premium account with RSD, but you need to pay for it (the account).

And as far as I know this app only lets you download from Rapidshare.

Rapidshare's speed can fluctuate from 25 to 250kB/s for free users, depending on server load.

That's a problem of RSD.

When there's waittime it trys to start the Reconnect Method you have chosen.
If there is no to bypass the RS waittime and RSD isn't able to download the next file instantly it stops.

AFAIK there's no way to bypass this "bug".

REALLY FAST (i have got speed over 1.5 MB/s while downloading several files at the same time) maxxed my connection.
NO waitTime between downloads

jDownloader automates the process of downloading from mediafire. Just paste a list of links in jDownloader and away you go.


I have had most of problems you all have had from rapidshare FREE.
My worst one (lol). downloaded a (roughly) 250 KB file . = Download limit exceded. mental

I have been using Free Rapid downloader v0.83 It manages downloads from all sharing sites...it works great with no flaws and frequent updates. Hope something comes up which removes wait time between downloads..

Since Rapidshare measures the wait time server-side, that's not possible. What you can do is using a reconnect script to change your IP.

Just wanted to add that I'm using USD (Universal Share Downloader) for downloading from RS. It's been coded by 1 Russian man and also supports downloading from other filehostings.

I used to use USD back in the day, it was a good one!

Nowadays I just go for RDesc.
