Until today, uTorrent - the client of choice for most BitTorrent users - was only available on Windows PCs. Now, after years of waiting, Mac users finally have the chance to try uTorrent, to see for themselves how it fares against the competition.

So, it's finally officialy out for all the Mac-ers out there  After it has been leaked some months ago  Still a beta, though, and it only runs on Leopard/Intel Macs.

Can you imagine an uTorrent Mac Expansion Leecherpack..?

Actually, I *think* (I'm a total Mac n00b ) it could be done if it was possible to extract the actual program out of the .dmg, mod it, and recompress it, but we've tried a lot of tools to open it and no one could :frown:

it is easy to reach unix executable file (terminal file) of utorrent and i believe that is the file need to be decrypted, it is 2.1 MB size.

I have checked the application, i can say that it has a good GUI as well but it has not a lot of features like windows application. I think i will stick with Azureus either it slows down speed of macbook.
