I came across this interesting site using the uT forums. What a great place to get information from.
Nothing beats going there sometimes as the place is a world of knowledge for this BT client.
anyways....one of the stickies I came across was this site for users to determine if your ISP throttles BT traffic.

anyways..enjoy the test. You may find that the place gets overloaded b/c others are using it too and I think what happens is that the site and its server just get overloaded.
In that case, you'll just have to try again later.
