Trial Against The Pirate Bay Delayed

The upcoming trial against ‘The Pirate Bay Four’ has been delayed and at its earliest will begin at the end of this year - maybe even next year. Stockholm District Court initially said that the trial would start by the end of the summer, but gathering damage claims and serving summons took longer than expected.

"facilitating copyright infringement", oh well... they could also sue YouTube and Altavista MP3 search for that too :rolleyes2: It's just easy for the MPAA to come up with big numbers, add a dollar sign in front of them and say "this will cover the damages" :redface:

Sure thing dude !! it's a bit hard to almost taking down the whole TPB networks/servers since I guess some monster orgs are supporting the same scene there
