Yes, this is normal henceforth.
RS has set a speedlimit of 62.5KB/s for free users.

dont know why its doing this ?? I mean its supposed to be a mirror of a mirror so there shouldnt be any connection losses included :confused2:

no idea why it did that. i have just finished downloading a file with no errors at all... if you were able to successfully get the file after that error, then it may have been a temporary or one-time failure

Socket Error 10061 means your connection is refused.
Because of this, RSD thinks the file isn't available and declares the link as faulty.

Just (let) try again, if the problem isn't solved do a manual reconnect and try again, it should work now.
