Ninjacentral registration is now open. Keep in mind their at least one login to their website in 30 days policy for free accounts failing which will result in acc getting permanently disabled.

Nice, thanks for sharing. Pasting some more details for the sake of completeness, although all of it is par for the course.

"...it has become necessary to limit the Free Accounts to 20 api calls and 5 downloads a day."

Rules
* Don't share our nzb files to other sites
* Don't share our passwords to other sites
* Don't abuse the site
* Don't share your account
* Don't maintain multiple accounts
* Scraping (Downloading every NZB posted per Cat; Downloading same releases multiple groups, downloading all rips per ripper etc, ) YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DISABLED
* HTML SCRAPING WILL ALSO GET YOU BANNED
* "Hammer the API and you're dust" from heytee
* "NON VIPS ARE REQUIRED TO LOG IN SITE ONCE EVERY 30 DAYS. FAILING TO DO WILL GET YOUR ACCOUNT DISABLED"

From my experience, the point " NON VIPS ARE REQUIRED TO LOG IN SITE ONCE EVERY 30 DAYS. FAILING TO DO WILL GET YOUR ACCOUNT DISABLED" isn't really true.

They ban free users even before the 30 days not logging in. In reality, it is exactly 3 weeks or 21 days!!!!!!

It's a site I love to use. Lots of options for current movies. Don't miss the opportunity to become a member.

Can someone enlighten me how these site functions or maybe give me a link where it is explained how these indexers work? Thanks

Just think that indexers = private trackers, NZBs = .torrent files and newsreaders = torrent clients. Unfortunately, the analogy collapses once we factor news providers (which have no equivalent), payment, backbones and takedown policies... but that's partly why BitTorrent vs. Usenet is such a contentious issue. Don't let anyone fool you, though - they aren't mutually exclusive!

So how do I configure, lets say, SABnzbd to download from ninjacentral?

anon
23.02.23, 22:03
First you'd have to read my above post again, nya. Then look into how API keys work - if you can make your SABnzbd instance reachable from outside, it's possible to push NZBs to it directly from an indexer. With NZBHydra and *arr programs, you won't even have to log in.

@C3PO depends on what you want to do.

1. Manual download: search for the movie,game etc. on the indexer and download the nzb file, then put the NZB file into SABnzbd (you need to put the Server, Port, Login, Password of your usenet provider into SABnzbd)

2. Half Manual download: https://forums.sabnzbd.org/viewtopic.php?t=24051

Here you still need to do the search by hand but the nzb file download will be pushed to SABnzbd automatically and also the file download

3. automated download: You need to use SABnzbd with one of the ARR tools like (https://wiki.servarr.com/) or other automation tool.

In addition to configuring SABnzbd, you will also need to configure the automation tool once (Api Key of your indexer) and after that put the search term in the tool like "Avatar 2" and also fill out the search options "English, 1080p".

The tool will automatically search for it periodically on the indexer (you need to configure it like "every 2 hours" that's called API hits) and will download the nzb file plus also download the file for you.

Where can I find the server ant port of NinjaCentral?

anon
24.02.23, 09:58
NinjaCentral is an indexer. Just like with The Pirate Bay or warez forums, you don't download from it directly and they don't host the actual files, only metadata. The server, port and credentials to configure must belong to a news provider, access to which is separate and must be paid for; a few free options and trials exist and are documented on that other thread, but generally speaking they won't give you the full experience.

Ok, so, no real alternative to RARBG, I guess...

Ninjacentral registration is now open ;)

Damn, missed it. My last account got disabled after I wrote a comment on a post asking for the archive password. They don't talk about disabled accounts in their discord unless you are a paying user. So my word of advice, if you are a free user here, keep it quiet, don't write on comment section and don't talk in their discord server I guess.

For foreign users, they also have some decent amount of german releases. But what really is a bummer, is the short inactivity period which is way less than the 30 days specified on their page.

API hits don't usually count as activity, but let's say you create a cronjob to wget their index with your login cookies once a day...

I hate this indexer stupid rules especially, free users account will be dead after 14 days for no login,

They disabled your account because they just want money/paid users.

You did mistake there. By spamming there. They should warn you maximum, but not disable your a/c.

But what you spam there is question.
You need to just use any of 2 opensource nzb client like NZBGet or SABnzb.
Both client can pick automatically password from .nzb file

There is another paid complex but also good nzb client which is NewsBin Pro, even free permanent key available on their site with reddit code. google it. NewsBin Pro can aso pick password from .nzb file.

No, I didn't do any spam, I just asked one simple question on only one post in the comment section, and that's it.

I'm aware that modern clients can pick up the passwords from the .nzb files, but in this case it wasn't provided, I doubled checked the file in an editor to make 100% sure, because I knew they were problematic in regards to staffing and support.

@alpacino I think I read their rules on their Discord server and I think it said it's forbidden to ask for passwords in the comment section.
Stupid rule in my opinion but I don't make them.

Well, then feel free to subscribe to this thread with instant e-mail notifications (can be done without posting). Actually, I did a cleanup and reorganization of this section last week, so you can now search for threads with prefix [Usenet] and tag "open signups" and subscribe to them all if you want!

Reg will be open again this week.

Remember to login every 14 days, and to actually search for something / use the site or you will lose your account.

Also, if you are over the fence about supporting them, this Friday will have some good 2 years deal for that.

Also, for international cinema lovers: this site really has some stuff that others don't.
Of course... if nobody want to invite you to their fight club. :rolleyes:
