Vista Inspirat Ultimate 2 is a brand new windows package like XP and VISTA. It is not official Microsoft software but it gives you the new look of Vista without slowing down your computer. It has a Rocketdocket bar at the top so you can access your programs quicker and easier without cluttering up your desktop. I myself use it and i think it is great as it gives you the great look of Vista with other accessories such as Y's Shadow which i think is a great idea.
