Resident Evil 1 - never got past the first few areas. Was too much for my young self to handle.

Alien Trilogy - for a Doom clone, it really nailed the atmosphere and was much scarier than Doom.

That's also one of the hardest videogame levels I've played, especially if you aimed for 100% completion in hard difficulty.

Aliens - 10/10. Outmatched the original. This is the one we all think about when we hear "Alien".
Alien³ - 5/10. Prison setting, no firearms, boring pacing and a cheap ending made it the poorest in the series.
Alien Resurrection - 7/10. They brought back Ripley and the other elements that made the franchise famous with moderate success.

There were sequels/prequels/whateverquels after those, but I haven't bothered with them.

Most likely Siren Head game. The sound of emergency sirens terrify me. This game goes to great detail. Also like interesting plot twists, although the game is small.

Funny, some days ago I was remembering the licensed game of this for the Sega Genesis... of course, they took some liberties with the movie's plot. Fighting a single alien with nothing but swear words wouldn't have been very fun.

Outlast was a great game with lots of jumpscares, I really enjoyed this.
