go to options, connection, proxy options

activate enable proxy of tracker communication.
write in host 127.0.0.1
write in port 9050

activate enable proxy of peer communication
activate use same proxy for tracker and peer communication

if you activate only the top part(activate enable proxy of tracker communication) only your announce will have the tor ip but your connection to other peers will be still your own ip

if you activate to top and the bottom part the ip to the tracker and the ip connection to the peers will be the one from tor

warning if you use the tor ip for the peers connection your downloadspeed will be restricted from the tor ip connection

he should probably only proxy tracker communications, don't you think?

making all your torrent traffic go through tor will drastically reduce download speeds and he'd be using bandwidth other tor users need

its up to him as i mentioned before he can use the tor connection only to the tracker

ore to the tracker and to the peer

if he dont wont peer communication with tor he has to uncheck it

if you realy realy want to download from that tracker with high speed even you have been banned, it costs.

hotspot shield (http://www.hotspotshield.com) would also help as a one-time workaround... it's essentially free vpn, and i have reached 200kB/s in a single connection. but you are NATed and share the same ip with everyone using the service...

You can also take a look at a service called, BTGUARD, it's not free but have been doing some reading up on it and sounds nice.

You will still get your full bandwidth and it will make it anony to the server & peers.

Tor nodes are also banning from the trackers, SWEDVDR for example. Beware.
