OK, not quite.

https://rapidshare.nu/
https://megaupload.is/

These are the same people that took over Bayfiles some time after the 2014 raid, and they've also resurrected Hotfile, Openload and Share-Online... as different skins for the same (unrelated) service, at least. Shady, but the actual file hosting seems to work well, plus they have no captcha and you can upload files using curl.

As for me, I like tmp.ninja a lot these days, but there isn't a good replacement for Dropcanvas yet.

seems shady and i did not see any site using them openly

Well, most uploaders stick to hosts that have rewards and referral programs, which this one (these ones?) do not. I'd feel more comfortable if the TPB crew were still on board, but well, it is what it is.

If you need security above everything else, OnionShare is very much worth looking at.

Too many filehosts. And most of them suck. People are going back to torrenting.

Clicknupload, 1fichier and Solidfiles are good. The other ones, not so much. If you're a casual user, you may benefit from hacked Rapidgator accounts shared on cracking forums and Telegram groups.

Anyway, what a coincidence that you'd post in this thread. I was cleaning my browser bookmarks yesterday and found http://megadownload.net/. The titular file hosts are long gone, but this search engine still works... it's like no one told them the world ended
