You can also use a loopback adapter for this task (see 321989).

However, this method is only useful if you have a throwaway dupe to soak the download from the second client, and can configure it so that a different IP is used. Otherwise, there is no difference between it and the fake upload feature present in all major mods and tools, besides the additional complication. The fact the upload traffic is "technically real" makes no difference: the tracker will see upload reports from one client, and nothing from the other.
