jesus after so much time, I've switched to aria2c on linux.
Does it have the daemon mode now ? Last time I checked to commits it was there but I don't see it in the changelog.

To write this client file, I compiled the latest stable on Debian yesterday and this feature is there, you have to set 'system.daemon = true' on .rtorrent.rc.

Ugh, I should probably rewrite that one so that it doesn't rely on backward compatibility... but it still works, is safe to use and we're unlikely to see an update to mRatio, so it's alright.
