Added option to control the auto-reload period for ip filters
Right-click option on Peers to boost their transfer. Works by making the peer a partial friend which by default gives the connection upload priority and puts it into the LAN rate limit - this is only really effective for upload boosting as download boosting requires cooperation from the other peer which is unavailable in a partial relationship.

BiglyBT has been around the block enough to shake off the need to the transitional feature that allowed BiglyBT to work with trackers that had yet to permit it.
Version 2.0.0.0 has no option to set the tracker ‘Peer ID’ to that of Vuze (or the most recent non-beta BiglyBT release).
Please inform any private trackers that had issues with this that the feature has now been removed.
