Again and again there are questions about all that „tracker stuff“. Because of that I wrote a tutorial which will help you to become an advanced Bittorrent User and Cheater.
Everything I wrote down is based on proven facts or on my personal experiences.
If you don’t want to cheat on Bittorrent trackers, just skip some parts. Everything which is wrote down here, also works without cheating.
Certainly, I can’t guarantee that you will be a specialist in Trackers, Cheating and P2P programs after reading this tutorial. Nobody is quite perfect in this area. But I think all in all this tutorial will give you a good start.
I worked several days on this tutorial. It’s really a big deal to get it well arranged...
Because of that I wrote the single steps in different colors.
Red passages are either hints or tipps. Normal coloured passages contain general information.
Just a few things ahead:
- You can always and everywhere cheat
- You can only gain experience by trying things.
- Never believe what other people are telling you about Cheating, unless it is from one of our competent users (e.g. statements like: "I have cheated 20 GB on the TS, 2 weeks ago with a speed of 3 Mbits and I’m still on it. Statements like that are bullshit. The tracker will of course notice such a high speed)
- This guide is made for beginners and advanced users. If you are an advanced user and are bored, just skip some steps.- It’s also important not to rely on this guide completely. There are always new Anti-Cheating-Scripts etc. Use your brain.
- Don’t betray your girlfriend, that’s a bad manner
Well, let’s get started..
Step 1 "The Account"
A) Get an account on a tracker which is not one of the best of the Internet. For example: BitFactory, EFF, Quorks, Bitbull, TvFreaks etc… It just has to be one which is good enough to try some things but it shouldn’t be too valuable (In case you get banned, which is quite normal at the beginning)
B) Be also careful not to use the same name, the same mail adress and other details of SBI on your tracker signup.
C) The following trackers have reached their userlimits: BitFactory, EFF, Quorks… It means that you have to keep on trying to register because users are deleted all the time.
The following trackers use an Invite System: TS-Tracker, BitPull… There you can only register with an invite

D) If you finished step 1 let’s go over to step 2.
There’s something really important about signing up on a tracker:
Several trackers are TAC Members. It means that all Trackers who are TAC Members will swap details of deleted users. E.g. Usernames, Emails, IPīs or other details. Because of that it’s reasonable to have different names on each tracker (especially important in your test phase)!!! That way you can decrease the risk to lose all your trackers at once.
Step 2 "The Client"
A) Now that we got a tracker, we need a suitable client which we’re going to cheat with. (Anyone who don’t wants to cheat can choose all the same one of these clients.)
I will dwell on the following clients:
- Azureus
- uTorrent
Every client has got the same task, so they aren’t really different.
Azureus:
- Needs very much memory. Only good PCs can download with Azureus while doing other things.
- It has got the best settings and it is also the best client to cheat with.
- Trackers don’t like it really, but you won’t get banned for using it.
- Some Trackers banned Azureus (just like:. Helltorrent oder BitFactory)
uTorrent:
- Doesn’t need much memory (the very opposite of Azureus)
- It doesn’t has much settings (kept simple)
- Good for beginners
- Every tracker allows it
Of course there are a lot more clients, but these two are used the most.
You should choose one of these clients , because cheating with them is safe and easy. By the way they are the best programms for Bittorrent.
I myself use the Azureus + Shu Mod, because it has the best cheat settings. On Trackers which don’t support the Azureus, I take the uTorrent Extreme Leecher Edition. You can find both programms on our board.
I recommend the uTorrent for users who don’t want to cheat.
Step 3 "The Cheating"
If you arrived here, you should fulfil these requirements:
- A good adjusted client with or without cheat function. The Shu Mod requires a bit knowledge so make sure that you read the Tutorial carfully. The many settings are not quite easy to handle and can also cause a lot of trouble.
- A tracker account of your choice
Even here you must comply with some rules to remain undetected:
1. When you’re cheating you have to look like an ordinary User. E.g.: You shouldn’t have too much upload speed- keep realistic
2. You shouldn’t cheat at any file. Example: If you’re the only seeder and fake with 100 Kbits Fake-Upload everyone will wonder why they don’t get any download speed.. Often some users report this to the tracker team which will get you banned.
3. There are some trackers which detect cheaters better than others. And there are also trackers which don’t detect cheaters well.
Just treat every tracker like the best secured and you’ll be fine.
4. Watch your Fake-Upload.100Kbits is the maximum, in some cases it’s more.Anyway, the higher your upload is, the higher is your attention you get from the users and the team.
5. If you leech or seed more torrents at once be careful not to cross the maximum of the available upload capacity.
That are only a few things you have to watch. Just look around in this forum and you’ll get a lot of tipps and tricks.
The actual Cheating:
If you’re using the uTorrent, it’s recommendable to use the Multiplicator (Upload x 10) Version. This version attracts the fewest attraction. Just try some things with the several versions, which are contained in the Extreme Leecher Edition.
The “No Report” Version isn’t bad ,either. The shu mod is quite the same. Read the tutorial, try some Fake variants which are described there and decide which is the most sensible.
There’s no rule for it. Even pros can’t tell you which is the best setting to use.
What setting you should avoid:
You shouldn’t use the clientspoof (it simulates other Clients), because it’s still buggy.
Now let’s go back to the cheating. I can’t describe the following thing. You just have to try it. You can learn a lot of theory in this forum but you have to try it all on the trackers.
It’s not that bad to lose some accounts. It happens to everybody. You should also watch your ratios. A high ratio will quickly attract attention. (3.5 is the maximum)
Another thing: If they ask you whether you cheat, always negative!!! Sometimes the trackers aren’t sure whether users are cheating or not.
Another way to cheat, if you don’t want to use mods for the clients, is the ratiomaster. The ratiomaster is a tiny programm which is easy to handle. It’s only task is to fake up- or download.
But you have to be more careful with this program. Good trackers can detect it when you use high speeds. You shouldn’t fake with more than 80 kb on good trackers with it. On normal trackers like Bitfactory can be faked with more than 100 kb.
That have been the essential things about cheating.
Step 4 "Training"
If you trained cheating and spent some months on trackers, we will go on.
So far you only used „easy“ trackers. Now we want to start cheating on trackers which are supposed to have good anti-cheat-scripts. *yawn*.
The problem is that you need an invite for most of the „better“ trackers. TS-Tracker, Oink or others. What you have to think about is this: Not every tracker which has its own Invite-System is not automatically "good" or has a good Anti-Cheat-System. The leading trackers lately were the TS or the Oink. To get such an invite you must either have contacts or use our Invite Thread (anyway, you need a good invite to trade it) or the best thing is to know a user who has an invite.
Certainly you can cheat also on these trackers. But you should be more careful where you’re cheating. It’s not recommendable to cheat at every file because the trackers have scripts against careless cheaters. The Seeder and Leecher ratio should be always good.. At least 15 Seeders should be online and 15 Leechers would be perfect. Anyway, these values should not become the guidelines, because the durchschnittliche Torrent File Speed ist etc. Use your brain to find out what might be the best.
Step 5 "Trading"
If you managed to get on a treasured tracker, try to get invites, to trade them with others. If you got an invite, sure enough you will find people who are ready to trade it for another one.
Certainly, you have to be careful who you invite. If you invite two cheating people who get banned you will also lose your account. So either you invite people with good skills at cheating or you only invite one cheater and honest users.
If you followed this guide, you’re not automatically a professional. You have to keep practicing for months/years to be an expert on this area.
This is only a guide to teach you what you really have to watch and what shouldn’t be forgotten.
Don’t rely on this tutorial completely, because there will be always new things which are against cheaters.
Hopefully this tutorial will help some of you and clear some questions.
