With fad diets and fitness routines round every corner, it is quite difficult to keep a tab on which weight loss tips really do work and which don't. Cardio in the morning before work, watch what you eat during the day and wheight workout in the end of the day.
Worked for me ;)

These 10 tips are great and i am totally satisfied with these tips. I am sure that these tips will be beneficial for losing permament weight loss. With regular exercise and diet we can reduce weight easily. Drink more water and avoid fast food for losing weight.

Boys. I think Snitlev may have got it right. The more beer, whiskey, shine, liquer, and other strong drink you take in, soon you'll see all the fat women as nice thin and attractive women. You'll be so drunk, you won't know that your falling in love with a fat woman. Once the fat woman, whom you see as a thin and attractive woman, sits on top ( if you understand my meaning with that), you'll lose weight so fast, you'll wonder how come you didn't think of it earlier. Should work like a charm.
