Work out? What is that? Well, if making graphic and 3D models in 3D Studio Max counts then we are looking at around 6hrs a day or finger and eye ball work outs...

 :eek13:

did you eat right?
I think it's the most important thing for fast visible effects..
I personally take protein shakes to the gym with me and drink it after right the workout shower.

buy yourself a big protein box it lasts for a month or so.. ~80$ maybe? add milk for flavour and a banana maybe

Unless you really push yourself in exercing taking protein shakes is not really necessary.

But when you do push yourself you can really feel the difference in speed of recovery.

then eat a lot of Tuna and other fishes and chicken and whatever got planty of protein in it! same effect, it's just you get more percentage of protein in the concentrated protein shakes.

proteins are natural...human muscles are build from it.i would say steroids are a big shit.

first thing to eat right, then workout and good sleep.without one of this doing right no results.if you won't more serious results then taking protein shakes right after workout is a must(you can eat a banana and egg's but with proteins it's easier, mix with water and glucose and finish) even before workout and in the morning.then if you won't to be a pro without steroids and all other shit no pro results...

eating about 6 times a day every 3 hours also, food with lot's of proteins(meat,egg's,tuna..) and good carbohydrates(pasta,rice,oats..),also depends when and what to eat. all this doesn't mean you just eat and are seeing results in couple of months, big job is also done with workout, you need a good program(depends what your goal is,mass,definition,strength...food depends about this goals also),right weights and bla,bla,bla....

that's right.. that's my brother's way 5 meals a day instead of the big 3, and the shakes are spread throughout the day.. good sleep, also at least a day of rest between workouts and he limits himself to 3 workouts a week.
he got his weight up a few Kilos very quickly like this.
I hope to get same results :)

so.. I guess SBi needs to get into shape LOL

And I urge everybody here to do so.
It just makes you better in everything else you do.
You dont have to bother with frequent health problems if you work out daily

Let's see. 3 trips to the fridge per hour + 3 flights of stairs twice a day + continual lifting of can to mouth. I'd say that's probably the equivalent of a 15-minute concentrated daily workout.

A lot of people around here say that they're going to work-out every day, but imho it should be clear that a human body can not be compared to a mechanical machine.
The entire body needs to rest at least three days a week.
Regeneration is a very essetiell for the human being.

I would recommend to go to your sport 2-4 days in a week, depending on your current health and BMI (Body Mass Index).

I would like to add that its important to have a continuity in your sport, meaning that you do sport for your whole life, (or at least as long as possible).

However, its all about quality, not about quantity.

BTW: I'm doing sport 2-3 Days per Week.

kazuya

i think only a muscles that you trained needs to rest 2-3 days, unless you make whole body training or cardio every day then 3 days rest would be a must
