newbie looking for a little direction

so i just found this site and am really excited. i had a recent hardware issue and lost a bunch of data and need to replace it but the problem is it is not possible to do so on the private trackers i go to with my connection speed and still meet my ration. i already got one account disabled. i am looking for a better way to do this. can anyone point me in the right direction to get started?
