in my college the .torrent file is blocked so i am unable to download from private or public trackers but i can download from bibliotik because their download option is different like torrent/35346456/download
some private trackers like ptn ban account if ip changes so i cant use proxy sites
what i want to know is which type of private trackers are like bibliotik download option
