Included with this release there is a English.mRLng template file, it's inside mRatioLanguages folder.
Use this BEncode Editor (http://www.sb-innovation.de/f46/bencode-editor-4641/) to be able to open and modify the file.
Notes:
1. Try to keep the translation size close to the original size or the program may cut some words out
2. Any text that ends with a few extra spaces, keep those spaces, for example "Details ", keep those extra spaces.
3. This {0} will be replaced by a word, keep it on the translation

Hi, I'm new to this awsome-looking tool,
I have a couple of questions, hope I don't sound to ignorant:
1. mRation doesn't actually download anything right? down and up speeds are just beeing sent to tracker right?
2. is it "safe" to use it alongside my "real" client, if my real client is also uploading the same files the mRation is uploading woudln't it cause and problems / "blow my cover" ?:wink2:

It doesn't download/upload, it sends fake statistics to tracker.
For the second question the answer is obviously IT WILL GET YOU ALMOST INSTANTLY BAN!
Don't even think to download/upload the same torrent at the same time using both real client and ratio tool..
1. you are correct.
2. it is not recommended to use any ratio/cheating tool at the same time with your real client to the same tracker.

BTW- is there any risk in puting high uplkoad rates like total upload of 100-150 or higher ? even though my real upload is about 50 ? [though the tracker can't really know that can't it? :)]

It depends.. For example if you want to cheat on bitme I wouldn't recommend you to cheat with 100-150 since the torrent hasn't good activity and u are a new user... But on torrentleech for example u can cheat easily at higher speeds (1-2 mb/s) on new torrents, or you can do even FAKE preseed there (starting your torrent in mratio with 100%downloaded)..
Don't even use it with the current tracker you seed or leech till the next version have memory reader.

Thanks bro. Forgetting .NET is one of a new OS installation consequences :)
In that case you may also want to get the other Frameworks. Different .NET programs require different versions.

it doesn't connect to tracker & update time is same & Idon't know why its refusing this no 208.78.242 (WTH is this at all its not my ip or some thing !!)

mR is trying to connect the tracker but for some reason isn't allowed, it can be anything in the middle of the connection between mR and the tracker that is blocking it, firewalls, router, isp, tracker server, dns ip update ....
that ip and port is not your ip/port, thats the ip and port of the tracker mR is trying to connect with

maybe the tracker has a different ip now? dns update?
of course this is all me guessing, thats a generic connection error
maybe if you tell whats the trackers, someone that have it can make a quick check to see if it's a problem affecting everyone or just you
The problem is that isn't SciHD's IP. It's 174.137.63.122. Their domain is sciencehd.me.
Switch to OpenDNS to avoid this kind of issues.

There are options called socks 4 and socks4a and HTTP which should I use??

Throw your proxy's IP and port in the right fields, and choose its type.
It's probably HTTP, if it works the same way as my university proxy does.

Maybe mRatio's trying to use the CONNECT method while your proxy doesn't support it. This is why the RM has two types of HTTP proxy, so that you can use it in those cases.

There may not be a tutorial but that question has been answered many times. Running X and emulating Y in the same tracker is not a good idea.

So it treats the proxy like a non-CONNECT one? In that case, I'm pretty clueless about his problem. Unless the college proxy is dropping requests based on their User-Agent.

It works like uTorrent http proxy, it doesn't use the CONNECT.

Thankfully I am testing mRatio on Demonoid. So I should be safe for now.

Not as far as I know, and as we've talked that feature would be inaccurate if it was implemented.

Is it just me, or are the values in Peers and Seeds column empty?
I'm only using a torrent from demonoid though.
Well, if scrape isn't enabled and the tracker doesn't return the amounts in normal announces, you won't be able to see them.

The RM's scrape doesn't work like a real client's does, therefore it's better to disable that in both.
RM scrape + real scrape = problem (different frequency)
No RM scrape + real scrape = problem (only scraping for some torrents?)
No RM scrape + no real scrape = it's all good

Request manually in mRatio is same i guess, so not using scrape is more safe.
just check tracker's page for info.
It's probably like that to protect you from yourself.

I guess the trick here to be cautious about manual scraping;
every 2-4 hours, maybe (given that I only have a 1Mps line).
Or just don't do it. Say you're running 30 torrents from tracker A with the uTorrent emulation, and scrape manually on one of them. Why that one and not the other 29? If caught, you can't argue you had scraping disabled, since uTorrent shouldn't scrape at all in that case.
Of course, other clients may allow for individual, manual scraping even when it's globally disabled. I think Vuze was one of those.

I think something strange is going on here.
I'm using mratio on thegeeks.
After adding up all the uploaded data, I should have about 1.5GB already.
However, in my profile, it says I only have 470+MB.
Something similar is happening to horror channel too.
Any explanation for this?
