Regional and Language Options help!

Can someone help me with this.
I should start with this first. No matter how many times I choose Slovenian and click on apply, its always like this

Then the next thing is this. Why is there no Slovenian language to choose from here

Because of that my keyboard doesn't know Slovenian signs.

And the last thing is this

Every time I choose Slovenian and click apply I get that message.

I really hope someone can help me out with this.

Hi yoco,
It looks like you will need to download a Slovenian language pack. I have googled (http://www.google.com/#hl=ru&biw=1003&bih=567&q=slovenian+language+for+windows+xp&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=&fp=532adbbc9634a26c)and there are several links shown. Please see if there is any help there.

Yes, of course it's Google. He told you to try the links displayed in that results page.

I managed to fix the problem on my third picture. But I still don't know how to make Slovenian language for my keyboard!

You mean you want to type in slovenian?

Do you have all the necessary fonts installed?
If you do,all you need is the 'Slovenian' keyboard layout...You can google it...I didn't but I'm sure you'll get it...
Most of the alternative languages use 'Alt' keys.Sort of like 'Alt + s = š'

Well, I actually googled half a day yesterday and I somehow managed to fix it. I copied two DLL files and tweaked register a bit!
