Credits!!

is it normal to click a download, without downloading the program and then press cancel and credits get subracted because i notice that it happen a few times..:confused2:
download did not even start yet and when i go back again to redownload it credits get subtracted..just wondering if this is normal..thanks

Yes that's right. You loose your credits at once if you click on the download link.
But if something is wrong with the download transfer you can tell it one of our team member than we can check it and give you your credits back.
