It's a very recent project, but looking promising. The goal is to develop statistical online tools (http://dmcacheck.mygb.eu/index.html) with public avaible results (web, twitter, RSS....) to see which torrents have the highest probability to op be monitored.

You can check (http://anonym.to/?http://dmcacheck.mygb.eu/search.html) for one particular torrent. See here (http://anonym.to/?http://dmcacheck.mygb.eu/checktorrent.html) too.

The tools moreover highlight what the developper names strange IPs (http://anonym.to/?http://dmcacheck.mygb.eu/strangeip.html). If I don't make any mistake, an IP is said "strange" if it appears on swarm with at least 40 seeders et 200 leechers and if at least 30 IPs in the same range are appearing too.
Exemple 1 (http://anonym.to/?http://dmcacheck.mygb.eu/strangeip.html)

Example 2 (http://anonym.to/?http://dmcacheck.mygb.eu/torrent/QqocAd6v)

Some paramaters obviously have yet to optimally been adjusted, together with the checking algorithm itself. So I think it's only an alpha stage project, and the results aren't far from entirely significant. But this kind of initiative is interesting.

You can follow it on twitter (http://anonym.to/?http://twitter.com/dmcacheck), and take RSS suscription (http://anonym.to/?http://bit.ly/9lny0K) too.
