SpamBox permanently open for member title users

Starting this sunday the on-site chat will be permanently available for member title users as well.

Dü to the level of activity in the SpamBox we decided to revert it to how it was before in favor of privacy. With one exception however:
Member title users can apply for access if they feel like it but note that applications can be rejected at any time.
