well i cant access the page ...it says that i dont hav sufficient user priveleges..even though i have a member title....

so please guide me....

You've been demoted due to inactivity. For some reason the system didn't refresh your title.

Usually, if we know why you're inactive, we'll try not to demote you.

Even if title was not refreshed, notification should be sent, it might mobilize user for some activity and in most cases will cause sending email - user will be notified even if not logging to the forums.
Or even something more tricky like email with info: you will be demoted in XX days if you will not be active on the forums.
