you don't gain weight from eating meat. when you eat too much carbs and some meat you gain weight, because your body uses the carbs first and deposit the fat if it's unused ( because the carbs you ate were enough for your energy needs).

No i just eat whatever i want, i pay attention to my health, try to have a alimentation with a wide variety of aliments , but couldn't survive without meat :P it tastes so good.

I just eat the seaweed and the plant vegatation on the bottom of the ocean floor. I gave up eating little fishes :D

Surely there are enough reasons to be an vegetarian or not. I eat it but most of it I don't like.

For the one that was thinking proteins are extremely important like many other athletes...we are being brainwashed by the massa protein hype.
