So these are basically modified windows 7 versions..?

hellman
29.05.10, 19:59
yes its a modified version but its visuals are far better than the original one... i have installed this one now

SBfreak

Use a modified version just for visuals..
I would feel more better with the "I see what porn you're watching" versions from Grampa Bill Gates.
You can customize Windows 7 in any way you want.
Check deviantart for example..

It's not that I don't appreciate your work, very nice visuals but theres no need to install another windows 7 version just for them.

You can change all the icons for example.
This dude on deviantArt has a lot of installers.Check them out of you want.

You should also follow some theming groups on DA(un-followed all because they kinda spam with new themes or probably I had too many)

Yeah I remember using that for my perfect Prince Of Persia desktop. The only problem is that it was kinda resource hungry..
You can also try Windows Blinds if you want.

no well it depends how it modded and by whom i.e by a skilled modder or a NOOB

example windows vista black edition was best and dis'nt gave me any kind of problem i used it 1 year and a month without formating it and without andy problem and slowing down of pc

but wibdows 7 black edition was a big time failure ... it has bad graphics as well as a lot of errors..

ohh k..thats ok..

i have windows xp awesome edition works great...like always..but after using modding windows..i think its good to keep it original..so i switch back to xp and then for my graphic need i tried windows vista on my pc..(which i download from public torrent bie org image)works like charm..using it for about to 1 year now...

still cant believe it let me update all the windows tools and things till now..so i m enjoying no need to update to win7

but as i think "OLD IS GOLD"

getting new things doesnt make anything else..just little good..not trustwothy..after sometimes you gets your trust.on it

thats why

Yes you can update but you don't know for sure what was changed.

lol...change is everything..have to change in life thats for sure...

SBfreak
07.06.10, 19:24
You can't possibly know if the change is for the better or for the worse.
As long as it's a untrusted windows 7 modified version,
change is not everything

thecoolest
08.06.10, 16:17

every time i used to modify my visuals in xp the PC would crash in someday ... not gona risk it this time with windows7...
still the graphics are cooool

SBfreak
25.06.10, 15:11
If you change the visual style ,you can revert back to normal without having any crashes.
No windows blinds,no custom icons or custom start menu..just the visual style.
