Yeah I know you download only porn but I was talking about the lack of professional uploading.
Plus..what's with the rep system??
Most of them are practically begging for them.

I see it as a good thing.

Plus..what's with the rep system??
Most of them are practically begging for them.

It doesn't hurt to give them some if they value it - I mean, it's just a click of a button...

What would a uploader want rep for?? I mean isn't the the pleasure that more than 50 Ineedzpron kids are downloading the porn movie you just uploaded enough??

"0x19BitTorrent protocol" != "thanks for the upload" :frown:

In case I translated the source code directly..there's a "Thanks button" above all the comments.

Rep > "Thanks"

SBfreak

Just so I don't misunderstand you...please translate the source code.
Isn't it the same?>

What's 0x19BitTorrent protocol ?

anon

You never turned Wireshark on while torrenting right?

It's part of the BT handshake:

pstrlen: string length of <pstr>, as a single raw byte
pstr: string identifier of the protocol

In version 1.0 of the BitTorrent protocol, pstrlen = 19, and pstr = "BitTorrent protocol".

I've been on linux for the past few months..still trying to find a way to successfully make a RM client.

Linux doesn't have Notepad?

SBfreak

It doesn't have utorrent:unsure:.And getting the required information won't work if I emulate it with wine.

If Linux has an HxD equivalent (which I'm pretty sure it does), you can do the memory reading yourself with the method shoulder posted yesterday.

SBfreak

with the method shoulder posted yesterday. What method?:D

Found something. You think this will do the trick?
KDE Utilities - Okteta (http://utils.kde.org/projects/okteta/)

You think this will do the trick?

You ask the Linux noob

If it can open another program's memory space as HxD can, then yes.

SBfreak
22.05.10, 20:56
I think I'm going to emulate HxD with wine:D

anon
22.05.10, 20:57
Maybe that will work.

And the topic changes from "if you were to give..." to "how to do memory reading yourself on Linux".

what's the extension of the capture file that I should use?

anon
23.05.10, 19:04
Being able to copy the captured packets to a Notepad window should suffice...

SBfreak
