Hi guys, just a bit of help with this site:myescience (http://www.myescience.com/). There can someone can download any kind of scientific papers. For every 1 hour you stay logged in you earn 2 points. The more points the more papers you can download. Can i fake my loggin hours?

Not really. You need to be there to send the HTTP requests.

Ok, maybe I was not clear. I understand that arXiv.org e-Print archive (http://arxiv.org) is the main source for scientific papers,and it is free as far as I can tell

the papers that i am looking for are medical and in arxiv there is not so much of that stuff

Use an autoclicking software, and leave it running in the background, it will keep clicking links inside that server unattended.
