Anyone playing this game?
I am. Just reached Chapter 2. I'm taking it nice and slow, trying to leech everything I can out of the storyline.
So far, this one blows the first one out of the water.
i didn't play the first one
but this is most the most interesting game i played this year
So it's really that good?
I'm currently playing Dragon Age 2, and when I finish I was thinking about starting The Witcher 1 or Mass Effect or Modern Warfare games!
What would you recommend?

i recommend to play Modern Warfare games first then the witcher
Let me put it this way. The prologue of Witcher 2 blows DA2 out of the water. DA2 was such a huge letdown to me.
And I'm not a fan of the latest Call of Duty, so I'm probably not the one to be asking there.
DA2 truly is in so many way different than DA Origins. But it's still a good game. I'm definitely playing Witcher soon, I'll install Modern Warfare first, since I know it's a short game!

The fighting system is more similar to Assassin's Creed than the original. But in my opinion, it's much more difficult. In Assassin's Creed, once you learn how to counter--the game is pretty much over. You can defeat anyone, and any number of opponents simultaneously.
Witcher is a bit more involved from a fighting standpoint.
