I would like to know which FTP site do you recommend me? or which FTP are you currently using?

Well, mainly i use OpenVPN and Samba ;)
When i Use FTP, i usually use FileZilla or FlashFXP.

FlashFXP is what actual sceners use. What OS are you on? There are a bunch of good open source FTP clients.

FTP has the problem of corruption being possible, though. And always make sure you run in binary mode and not ascii mode!

Filezilla is good..but i you want a good look too i suggest you FLASHFXP
