My cheating story (Bitme,TheBox,TvT,TL..)

I started cheating as soon as I started private torrenting, about 4 years ago
Started with my first private tracker ever.. Demonoid.
Then after a while I got into TvT.com, It didn't have the strict ratio thing at that time, after a year or so of leaving Bittorrent, I got back to find that TvT.com had a new Credit system, then worked my way there using Netcat (Faking HTTP headers),
Here are the trackers I've cheated on, and the settings I'm using (or used)

Demonoid:
Flash cheating using Netcat.(current member)

TvT.com:
Started with Netcat, then GreedyTorrent.. now I'm using RatioFaker (1.4 x Download)(current member)

TvT.ro:
Started with GreedyTorrent.. now RatioFaker (1.2 x Download) (current member)

IPT:
RatioFaker (1.5 x Download) until now and working perfect, been banned once for cheating with RatioFaker (5x Download) (current member)

TheBox:
RatioMaster (250 Kb/s UP) (current member)

Bitsoup:
Started with RatioFaker, now RatioMaster (400 Kb/s UP) (current member)

TL:
Started with GreedyTorrent, now RatioFaker (2.- x Download) *(current member)

Bit-HDTV:
Started with RatioFaker, now RatioMaster (350 Kb/s UP) (current member)

Bitme.org:
RatioMaster (xx Kb/s UP)* (current member)

Docs:
RatioMaster (200 Kb/s UP) (current member)

RevTT:
RatioFaker (3 x Download) (banned)


BitSpyder:
RatioFaker (1.- x Download) + RatioMaster (150 Kb/s UP) (current member)

STMusic:
RatioMaster (30 Kb/s UP) (current member)

Pianosheets:
RatioMaster (20 Kb/s UP) (current member)

PussyTorrents:
RatioFaker (1.5 x Download) (current member)

My Tips list:
1- DO NOT be greedy, low up speed is always better than IP ban + account disable.
2- DO NOT use GreedyTorrent, it sends announces with the exact same ratio, so suspicions.
3- Always look for leechers > 30 with seeders between 10 - 15, and work your calculations from there.
4- Remember that there is no bulletproof cheating technique EVER.
5- With RatioMaster, always use "Memory Reader".
6- Again.. Don't be greedy.
7- Don't be greedy.

My personal favorite cheating tool is .. RatioFaker.


Note: That wasn't experts or gurus talk, that's just my experience.

I don't know how that works but you need to make sure the headers and the whole announce in general look exactly like a real client's.

Also, is it ok for me to put the d/l speed way lower than u/l speed?
Lets say 400kBps down, and 650 kBps up?

the 'x' means he dösn't want to disclose the details and yes, more up- than download is okay although it might look a bit odd. you could say you'd have capped the download to keep a good ratio or needed the bandwidth otherwise or something like that

Using values between 1-1,5 will never get you banned if you have a download speed of 1-2Mb max.

Same thing happened to me just a few days ago. I have multiple accounts at Revtt, so I try various cheating methods with them. I was using RM with upload speeds of 1MB and hit stop before the update and continued to seed for at least 3 more announce updates at speeds of 1-12kbs. I closed out RM and utorrent and browsed the site 2 hours later with no problems. I tried to browse them a little later on and got the dreaded redirect link for all banned users.
I don't know if the scripts are much better than before. I think that staff is just watching everything a lot closer.

They are :wink: And they can detect the Waffles method's soft-flashing at the beginning.

There's no way the staff can be watching thousands of peerlists and logs at the same time.

I know about slow and steady
But I hated RevTT anyway, overrated and yet so similar to TL, and doesn't worth the risk.

- I used "-" and "xx" to hide the exact values.
- (1.2 x Download) means the value of the upload multiplier is "1.2" and the Upload/Download value is set to "Download", meaning RatioFaker of course.
