So what kind of supplements are you guys taking?

I am taking Controlled Labs Green Magnitude 45 minutes pre-workout...hitting the heavy bag, swinging the kettle ball..

I was in MMA last year for about 6 months..I had to stop because of a injury(Concussion playing football. but that didn't stop me from training at home:top:

A mix of proteine, creatine, carbs, vitamins and some other useful stuff,
so i only need to take only one supplement and not many....
It is called Iron Maxx Pro Pak.

Right after each training session with 300ml low fat milk.

I use fat lost drugs before excercises and l-karnitine for extend the period of working. HardLine is the brand that i frequently use.

I recently used BSN's Endorush.....it's amazing supper good performance energy drink...I didn't even get tired after 4X 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag....I even did push ups rite after hitting the bag....I could never do that before...It was GREAT:top:

I used a product called total muscle solution. It contained
Creatine product
NO product
Pre Workout product
Beta Alanine product
Citrulline product
BCAA/EAA product
Cellvolumizing product
+more.

Worked great for lifting.

I'm using Xpand xtreme pump pre workout - creatine, beta alanine, no and stimulants matrix; VP2 hydrolized whey protein on post (best whey protein i found so far) mixed with dextroses. Got also casein and some times No synthasize inter traning!

Protein + Creatine sometimes. I'm buying some BCAA's soon.
