Hi all and welcome :cool:
I and SBFreak and others of course
would like to play games with SB-Innovation members
the plans are:

We can use Tunngle to communicate and chat inside the channel
We need to get member's nicks through the PM
We need to know the Upload speed of each member
We need to plan the game, please vote above
You need to have a good gaming soul, no childish moves like; i lose then this Member is my Enemy
We can manager teams/clans later :smile:
Ranked Tournaments can be managed later :biggrin:
We need to know the time we can all be online,[preferred to be in GMT via PM. for paranoid member who don't want to post their country]
You need to be truthful , PLEASE don't promise if you cant be online at the time required.

about Command & Conquer 3, i think it can go with Red Alert 3.

why don't you use Xfire and make SB-i clan :),with Xfire you can chat and send files to,in game chat also...almost all players use Xfire

I support quake3 and halflife 1/2, since they don't require too hardcore gfx meaning many different players can join in. Quake 3 has outdated graphics yes, but still it's fan to play a deathmatch on it. My up speed is 250kbit.

We know...that's why it is so hard to find a way for us to play together without having anyone know any IPs.

and luckily everything worked as expected (with some failures at the beginning:biggrin:)

The Guide:
1) download Tunngle:

2) register an account:

3) install it
4) install Xfire and PM me or SBFreak with your username(not nickname)
-How to join/host a game
A) You need to make the Tunngle adapter the first adapter in the computer
Windows Vista/7 : Right click on the connection > "Open network and sharing center" > "Change adapter settings" > click "Alt" from the keyboard > then Advanced > Advanced Settings then move the Tunngle to the top.
XP: Start > CP > Network connections > Advanced > Advanced Settings then move the Tunngle to the top.
B) If the game has an option to chose the IP chose the one that begins with "7.x.x.x"
C) One of use will host, then the others will do a LAN-Game search
D) Play!
5) we'll manage timing things later
* Until we get SB-I members to join the Clan to chat about the game
* Games will be chosen shortly
I would die for a Call Of Duty game with you guys ... so I'm fully for this idea if properly organized, and still we can post the channel IP addy for all members to connect to using COD's online patch.

it's like Hamachi then,most people use Hamachi for this kind of stuff,you just make hamachi server,put pass on it and give other players IP and Pass and you are ready to go

yes but tunngle is easier, more developed, supports many games, one click play
servers in Germany where i have acceptable pings.
...unlike hamachi in everything

Yes, it seems it tunnels internet peers to emulate a LAN connection between them all.
I thought more about the startegy game we should play.

I had never played over a LAN (just SP) but playing Teeworlds with cheatos was awesome! Eventhough i got powned all the time by him :biggrin: , it was indeed a great fun!

when you start it give me name,i will find you and challenge,sbfreak can watch,just find that game under name,right click and observe,you can chat in game
FICS is only needed for registration,nothing else,just use babaschess after.you don't need to login in FICS login page...

i play both...but i have to say i play cs way more...the league play is intense and lans are even more fun you cant get that out of a new game like cod. you have to have decades of experienced players to get competition like you do out of CS

Let me use this topic for one simple and cool game I discovered recently:
The Swedish Armed Forces ? The team test (http://team.forsvarsmakten.se/english/)
Flash game, multiplayer, 4 players in one instance co-op play. Great sound with headphones. Play it and learn it, and come here when you are ready and when you are pissed of enough with some noob screwing every game rendering unpossible to reach any decent score (above 5 minutes).
So we can form our own squad, and try to make some records. ^_^
I'm the noob that screwed my first game:D

I can't categorize game in some usual categories. Its some army-reflex-memory-cooperation-intelligence-logistics-simulator game type.
You need to play it 10-20 times (one game usually takes around 3min, so stop wasting your time on watching vids and get on playing) to get complete concept and then you are not noob anymore.
SBfreak said he was the worst guy in of the 4. Which is understandable, I had no idea why game is over when I played it for first 5-6 times. Then I got concept of points and cooperation.

You can still only play on cracked servers, because of a server-side check. Hosting one is way easier than some years ago, the latest cracks let you do it directly from the Steam client.
I found something like cracked steam client - the uploader claims that it works with all kinds of servers I'll test it these days...I wonder if it really works
pacsteam is the only thing that ever worked for me like that.

Yes. It's a free third person shooter, originally from Korea.
Your little emoticon makes you look quite sceptical, but as free shooters go, this game is better than most games I bought! I've spent countless hours online playing it.
It has many different modes, though. The one in the video is touchdown, a sort of capture the flag but there's only one flag and you have to put it in the opponents goal. There's also team deathmatch, 1vs11 deathmatch, etc. Many different kinds of weapon, melee and normal. Trickjumps, ...
Anyway, if you like online shooters, you should REALLY try out S4 once. It's amazing.
It looked a little too flashy for me that's why I was :unsure:.
Your initiative is more than welcome but as you can see no one is really interested in playing online with other sbi members:frown:
