In the past month I have discovered the real answer to my nasty chain smoking habit that has been a plague for many years during my surfing, gaming and everything else I do.

No, I'm not talking about nicotine replacement therapy with gum or patches or any other things like that. I'm talking about:

e-cigarettes! I got myself one of these little beauties about a month ago and haven't looked back since. No more stinky tobacco smoke, no tar, no 4000+ chemicals rushing around my fragile internal organs... just nicotine in a nice satisfying vapour.

It looks like a ciggy, "smokes" like a ciggy (you can see and feel the vapour when you inhale and exhale) and even tastes just like a ciggy. Same throat hit, same buzz in the morning with the first one, it's all good and without the deadly risks of smoking tobacco!

Here's a few links to some of the places I researched before I made my purchase. I can honestly say after trying one, it's a lot better than you would expect and a very real alternative to smoking proper cigs. It also beats any smoking bans you may have in your country!

Hope some of you find this to be useful. I'm very glad that I don't have an ashtray full of fags anymore every night, and my health is much improved since I started using one of these. No more coughing up crap every morning, no more stinky clothes littering the bedroom, it's fantastic. Oh, and it's a heck of a lot cheaper than smoking tobacco as well :klatsch_3:

P.S. if you aren't at least 18 years old, or not even a smoker, then this really isn't for you. For everyone else who does smoke, check it out. :top:

Thanks.

I smoke and I will continue smoking till i'm dead , I tried to quit it several times but alas I failed every time, I tried other alternatives of tobacco but they didnt worked, and as far as all this electronic/virtual replacements of cigarettes are concerned they are nothing but a mere joke to the addicts who want to quit smoking

I smoked for 15 years, but i've been off them now for 5 weeks. That has never happened with any other products, so I'm very happy. Tried many things. Gum, patches, inhalators, none worked. But this really is a replacement that feels like a cigarette, so it's easy to switch.

I guess you have to want it enough for it to work though. I understand that much, and I really do want it to work :)

Well,I believe this is another alternative to deadly smokes specially after years of burning ash into your lungs.

well, here's a scenario about smoking and eating "right" and stuff like this ...
u don't smoke, u don't drink, u eat right, u take care of u and a drunk driver take u on the top of hi's hood.... what about that...
i'm not saying DON'T take care of u... but don't take it to the extreme..
and i'm a smoker. and i'll smoke as long as i can afford :)

lol I used to sell the e-cig in philadelphia and miami
that shit gives you cancer too you know.
and a lot of people go back from the e-cig to real cigarettes from my experience

still no real answer to the cigarettes.

A friend bought an e-cig and seems to work. He was a heavy smoker (2 packs a day) for 13 years. If it works for him, i don't see why it can't help for anyone else. I myself quit cold turkey 9 months ago.

You have to want to stop though.

The problem is i would not use an e-cig outside, maybe fine for indoors.
