Nop.it's not necesary to buy email address from others.
It's enough to have an email harvester or email spyder + some Knowledge in Spamming .:tongue:

They're spamming everyone with invites to get promoted. Not a particularly good tactic, if you ask me.

That's a bit annoying IMO, it's as if people got up one day and said "let's make a 0-Day tracker!". You never know if they are going to turn into the next TL or ScT, but what are the odds?

Must be a profitable business, if you fail, is easy to start over and over, just select a good name, change admins and mods name and start again, maybe at third or fourth try you nail it. the first thing they enable on those trackers is the donation button, and if you have problems with donations, just send pm to all members crying about server costs :tongue:
