Yes, they do. And What.cd isn't the only tracker they share info with.

I think its safer to stay away from trackers like this, if they share info with other trackers. If you're a cheater then you just get eff'd on a lot of trackers.

TL is probably connected to PT, but otherwise you're safe. ScT is high-level, but I'm not sure of how many sites they share info with, if at all.
