I'm surprised this wasn't already listed; I really want to see this film!
I have to admit, he's good! But like Borat, I'm kind of not interested.
this is gonna be hilarious, ali-g was refreshing, borat was great...
massive respekt
aaaaaaaaaight
:smoke18:
I enjoyed all the Ali-G films and TV series, and even my parents enjoyed Borat (though there was that fiasco about how much the Romanian villagers got paid, which I think was wrong of Cohen to do).

Having watched the trailer this should be just as funny, but I'd wait for a TS or a release with really good audio, because his accent isn't clear sometimes.
"How do i defend myself from homosexual attacks?"
"They would probably attack from behind"
LOL
"How did you get the baby?"
"I traded an Ipod for him"
I have a feeling I'm going to enjoy this movie.
which I think was wrong of Cohen to do
didn't see that article before :top:
yes, he tricked them, but also made a deal with them and they got paid too (unlike some tribal documentaries and so on), still i don't see it as a big deal/problem, imo people should be able to laugh at their own expense
Can't wait for this. Bruno was always my favourite on Da Ali G Show. :D

I really loved Borat so I hope this will live up to the hype. He is a very funny actor and being able to remain in his character and making it believable is amazing.
Should be fun, but if it's going to be like the character he did in the ali g show it wont be as fun as borat imo.
Following the sudden death of Michael Jackson on June 25, 2009, a scene from Brüno was hastily removed from the film before its Hollywood premiere later that evening. The scene involved Brüno tricking La Toya Jackson into an interview, where he asked her to take a seat on hunched over Mexican workers substituting for chairs, and invited her to eat sushi from the back of a naked man. Brüno then proceeded to steal her mobile phone in order to get her brother, Michael's phone number. The scene was later confirmed to be removed from the film permanently.
kinda sucks, i really wanted to watch this. :frown:
Yeh... such bad timing; I know that Cohen's characters use shock value to some extent for appeal, so I'm sure it will be in an extended/uncut edition, or will be included in the extras.
kinda sucks, i really wanted to watch this. :frown:
Let's hope for a leak
Can't wait to see this movie. Have been waiting like for ever! Probably going to be the most funniest movie ever, atleast I hope so. Have to wait 3 more days to find out tough :/
I loved borat too.And it was filmed in my country too.
Wasn't it filmed in Kazachstan? :confused2: Was i getting cheated
Nope.It was filmed in Romania.
Pretty interesting now and again how something that would be so funny today would be rather offending the next day, like with this m.jackson clip.
I will see this movie next weekend on the cinema :D Looking forward to it as hell xD
I just watched the CAM version because alot of people are talking about it. It was very humorous in a "shocking to the general public" way. I have been a fan since Ali G and did enjoy it, but it's not really my thing.
this film is not good,i have seen a cam print
Was going to watch it but a friend said it wasn't that funny at all comparing to Borat which made me sad.
watche a cam of it. it had a couple funny parts. but it was mostly just going for shock value
Yes it is abit overhyped since Borat was a hit when it came out.
