View Full Version : 15 years of browser innovation?
On June 16th at 9:00 a.m (CEDT), we will reinvent the Web.
Opera Software (http://www.opera.com/freedom/)
Perhaps they'll release Opera 10 Final?
Perhaps they'll release Opera 10 Final?Let's hope it is. I've been trying all kinds of browsers these days (previously only IE and firefox), and I got to say I liked them all (Opera, Chrome, Safari). Every one of them have some cool features the other don't have, so I'm still choosing which to keep. Well now I dispatched Chrome in favor of Iron, after reading the nice warning on sb-i login page , but I'm sure it's for the best.
Let me ask: Is there a firefox 3 portable floating around? Can I safely execute it along with my "native" firefox 2.x? (Sorry to ask this here).
Well I don't know what to say..I mean I like opera but the bookmarks are kinda hard to accommodate to and there are not as many addons as for Firefox.
I have to agree. There aren't a whole of of add-ons as there is for FF. But I have found that Opera does load faster than FF does. Most obviously b/c it doesn't have so many add-ons and isn't so heavy on resource usage.
At least thats what I find when I use it.

So here it is:
Opera Unite (http://unite.opera.com/)
They made too much fuzz about it.
Haven't tried it yet, but does look kinda cool (not like they said, but well, I figured this would happen)

Yes, there's one at PortableApps. You should be able to run both at the same time.
@desodorante: thanks for the info. Opera always likes to make new innovations  Unite looks interesting, at the very least.
