United accept Ronaldo offer

Manchester United have confirmed they have accepted a bid from Real Madrid for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo's future at United has been the subject of constant speculation, with Real having trailed his signature for the last three summers.

I'm a United fan and i can say i'm glad he has gone. Great player but his style not a favourite of mine at all. Never really liked the arrogant c*nt. :tongue:

And with Owen, I think it's a smart move by Fergie, he's not getting paid alot of money, he was on a free too. He will only be used as a sub in cases when man utd desperate to score/need to rest players.
