Hit & Run guideline:

Hit and Run while on ratio watch will result in your download privileges being immediately revoked.
1) New TV torrents that receive a lot of hits (Heroes, BSG, Rome, etc)... there's no reason for a user not to seed to 1.0 or for at least 48 hours. If you are able to leave your computer on long enough to complete the snatch, you must be able to leave it on long enough to seed it back! If you can't do that, do not download the torrent when it is new. Wait until the next day.
2) Large torrents (TV seasons, DVDR's). these must be seeded to 1.0, unless you are a trailing leech. then you should be prepared to seed for at least a week.
3) new high demand DVD releases (pre-releases of new popular movies). again, 1.0 unless you are a trailing leech. seed for a week.
4) all other movies and older torrents. be prepared to seed for at least a week.
If you have a very limited upload bandwidth, you should extend the amount of time you are prepared to seed back a torrent. You should also limit your downloading so that you can maintain an appropriate share ratio.
In all cases, if for some reason you must interrupt your seeding, post a comment in the torrent.

GOEM is a fine site that tracks only movies (no adult content). Most uploads are user content, I never saw scene files there. Speeds are usually decent on packs and freeleechs.

Faking here is easy, I would recommend going for packs. I used xtreme mod and RatioMaster with no problems at all. I'm PU there and can see peer list, don't know if users can see them though.

They have a Power User forum which had invite offering and requesting until these days (coincidentally closed around may 27th) check here (http://goem.org/forums/index.php?action=viewtopic&topicid=3615) if you are member.

I've never been there,but I would like to know if this tracker is better in content and speeds than TC and PTP? , The statistics are almost similar

because I know it's a decent movie tracker but I don't how so good!

In that case, FLS = Free Leech Slot.

Note that normally it stands for First Line Support.

I'm member there for maybe a year now, and I must correct missunderstanding that GOEM is like KG or cinematik. No, they are not. Goem have pretty mainstream movies, nothing exceptional, or rare. In fact, when I want to download some movie I usually find it at TL rather then on goem. Maybe because I have nice buffer over there, maybe because just isn't worthy of time for logging in.
