They use a different core, so modding possibilities are a bit limited.

That's not possible with BitComet mods.

I tried the mod on several sites that had 10/15 seeds but when i use" noreportfakeup " the torrent is not working it stops downloading.Is this what has to happen

There's no such mod. If you meant NoReport-Seeder, it doesn't work on all trackers.
