View Full Version : Red Dead Redemption Trailer
like gun and call of Juarez i love this kind of games
so plez tell me that is for pc
and the what is the release date ?
It'll be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 (not on PC most likely due to the drama with GTA4 and its excessive requirements) on Fall 2009.
Is this maybe a sequel to PS2 game Red Dead Revolver?
Too bad it isn't for PS2 as well, I'm playing the game at the moment
This seems to be a nice game indeed, I'm looking forward to it!

Rockstar has been heavily criticized lately for their lazy ass ports. It seems they don't give a damn about PC users anymore, which is a shame. I remember when Bully for PC came out. So shitly ported, strangely enough it didn't run properly on high end pcs. I remember some users limiting the amount of physical memory to the system for the game to be playable. Shame on you Rockstar. :baeh:
hmm, never played the first one but I do love this genre and maybe they will make it like GTA4 where you can explore the old west.
There are a lot of games coming out for the consoles which is good for me because my PC is not the best so I can't run them anyways. :wink2:
Another streets fights game  but anyway, when the cam shot those horse muscles,I knew this would be a total sick.

Red Dead Revolver is a great PS2 game. Redemption certainly looks to be a great ps3 game when it finally comes.
Red Dead Revolver is an awsome game! I have it, but I never finished it! :rolleyes2:

yes, call of juarez bound in blood was a great game.
awsome gameplay and graphics.

Sure, that game has crisp graphics since it's based on a new engine, and Ok content but gameplay wasn't quite satisfactory in my opinion.

Impressive, sad that its not available for PC :(
PS: Doesn't the guy in this game look similar to the one COJ Bound in Blood?

Wait..is it true?? No pc version?

Yeah unfortunately no PC version on release, but like with most rockstar games I'm sure we'll see it released on pc 1-2 years later.
Oh, c'mon, not this one too! :mad2:
Soon we will have more games our per year on linux than on windows:lol:
They might eventually release on PC, but I hope they'll do a good port at least this time.

A good review
link (http://www.totalvideogames.com/Red-Dead-Redemption/review-15242.html)
It's taken six long years for Rockstar San Diego to deliver the follow-up to Red Dead Revolver, a game that began life as a Capcom title and eventually materialised as a somewhat awkward fit for the publisher better known as the name behind GTA. For the sequel, Rockstar's decided to throw away virtually everything from the original, the only link remaining is a 'Red Dead' in the title and the sharpshooting technique granted to the protagonist.
Despite originally making a brief appearance back in 2005 as a PS3 tech demo, Red Dead Redemption has seen its fair share of delays and development strife. The result, however, has been more than worth it: a game that may not quite reach the lofty standards of GTA IV in terms of defining this generation of consoles, but a video game that finally captures the boundless potential of the Wild West setting.
Immediately, Red Dead Redemption ticks the criteria expected from a Rockstar title: razor sharp dialogue and faultless presentation greet you from the start. It's a reassuring touch of quality that tends to follow the synonymous logo. Although the game won't reach the controversy of its GTA sibling, Rockstar San Diego has approached the game in a manner befitting the publisher; so you'll find references to bestiality, come across an insane character who's got an unhealthy obsession with the dead, and plenty of further subjects that cut close to the bone.
The story of Red Dead Redemption revolves around John Marston, a man who like Niko Belic before him, has travelled to a strange location in order to track down a man. Exactly who and why are questions left unanswered during the early stages of the game. Any early exposition is provided effectively on the train journey into town, as Marston eavesdrops on his fellow passenger's conversations. It's an effective way to provide a little background, but once you step off the train the world of freedom awaits...

lol ya but it's so super simple its like mac's encourage it, and a lot of users don't realize there's a mac tool to help them a long to make it even easier.

Some GTAs were good, so a country one might be even better (especially because it's the first).
The trailer makes you so wanting to play the game, but again.....all trailers do the same thing......teasing
