Major announcements come in english. Most of the torrents are also english.

Accounts do not get disabled on Ip change, the staff is not so harsh to scan everything every time.
Avoid commenting on torrents if you're not sure what you say it's allowed.

Wasn't it your ISP causing the YouTube issue? Either way, you could try browsing inside Portable Ubuntu for Windows or that Privacy Virtual Machine - it the problem persists, it's an ISP issue; if it doesn't, it's a Windows problem.

I realized it's not.All the guys i asked about it told me they had problems but just for one hour or 2 and then it worked fine.But for me it's still not working.And whats with that Portable Ubuntu?

I have encountred this problem on filelist.ro once...look's like on some isp's the server take much more time until work properly or something like that..but i'm now sure if it's 100% because that in this case..

If you have clicknet isp it may happend..but about youtube i don't know.

I think you have to be Elite, and even so automatic invites are disabled.
