I think that my country's government mildly mentioned something like this on the sidelines not long ago in some government press release or something.

check it out;

TORONTO - Canadian researchers have reportedly uncovered a Chinese cyber plot that hacked the websites of the Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, and systems in the embassies of India, South Korea, Indonesia, Romania, Cyprus, Malta, Thailand, Taiwan, Portugal, Germany and Pakistan...........They claimed that the operation has been successful in stealing documents from hundreds of government and private offices around the world.....

the article also make mention of this:

.....the system was being controlled from computers based almost exclusively in China..........But they could not say conclusively the Chinese government was involved.

So where is it all coming from??..................the moon??

c'mon, man. Its pretty obvious.

It's a short read too. So it won't take up too much time in reading.

Just like the website's title says: simple solutions for complex problems.
