that's actually really interesting. I was reading on filenetworks that Waffles banned Romania and then later, lifted the Romanian ban.
I actually laughed when I read this:

So anyways....and then that same article says that Romanians actually have great speeds and of which iPlay, apparantly, is supppossed to be an ISP itself.
I don't even think that Romanians need to bother cheat'in. They've got great trackers themselves.
